摘要
Many servitizing organizations use multiple team membership (MTM) as an organizing mode for cross-functional collaboration. However, MTM leads to stressful situations for individuals, such as multitasking and work overload. This paper provides scholars and practitioners with a conceptual framework of MTM-induced stressors and strains. First, a comprehensive conceptualization of MTM is introduced, followed by a literature review on individual stress-related MTM research to finally present the conceptual framework.
