Pulsed field ablation (PFA) and very high-power short-duration (vHPSD) radiofrequency ablation are the most recently introduced technologies for atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation. The procedural performance, safety, and effectiveness of PFA vs vHPSD are currently unknown.
