The selective electrocatalytic reduction of nitrate to ammonia using Co(ii)-decorated TiO2nanosheets

The selectivity toward NH 3 of TiO 2 catalysts during the nitrate-to-ammonia conversion can be remarkably enhanced via a facile Co( ii ) decoration route, which also decreases the onset potential for NH 3 production compared with that for H 2 production.
