摘要
A kind of gold nanoparticles modified silver nanorods array (AuNPs/AgNRs) composite structure substrate with good Surfacing-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) property was prepared by oblique angle deposition (OAD) method and chemical synthesis. According to the simulation results, the electric field enhancement effect of AuNPs/AgNRs composite substrate was the best when the inclination angle of silver rod was 72°, the length of silver rod was 1000 nm and the diameter of gold nanoparticles was 60 nm. CV and R6G were used as probe molecules to explore SERS activity of this substrate. The results exhibited that the detection limits of CV and R6G were both 10−7 M, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all less than 10.28 %. With simple preparation and high SERS activity, AuNPs/AgNRs substrate has good application prospect and research value when applied in the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons represented by organic compound pyrene.
