摘要
This paper proposes a motor controller busbar automatic design method. By using the optimization algorithm, the shortest route connecting all the positive and negative bus terminal connections can be found. With the improved PEEC method, parasitic inductance of the bus bar can be fast extracted. Based on the routing algorithm and inductance extraction method, the genetic algorithm is used to widen the laid lines and make them into stacked busbars This method can be used for a rapid prototype converter design, and provides a new optimization path for motor controller in EV application.
