Orbital angular momentum (OAM) holographic technology has made advancements in the field of optical information encryption. In order to further enhance information security capabilities and encryption quality, this paper proposes an encryption holographic technique based on a chiral vortex beam. Four encryption keys are implemented, and a shared key is introduced by using the multiplexing of a multichiral vortex beam, which further extends the application range and security of OAM holographic encryption. A coding method based on discrete displacement phase modulation is proposed, enabling pattern separation in the spatial distribution of original information. This method achieves high-quality optical field reconstruction and high signal-to-noise ratio in the original signal. Experimental results indicate that the multimode chiral OAM multiplexing holographic technology has significant advantages in terms of optical encryption.
