摘要
Aim: To seek after an accurate and reliablemethod for determination of IgG, IgA, IgM, kappa, lambda light chains and its ratio, to increase the diagnostic levelof multiple myeloma. Methods: By using the rate scatterednephelometric determination (the kallestad QM300 ProteinAnalysis System). Results: The average variability of intraassay and interassay of IgG, IgA, lgM, kappa and lambda light chains were 3. 32%, 3. 42%, 4. 08M, 3. 98% and3. 34%, respectively. Diagnostic sensitivity, specificity andaccuracy of light chains in patients with multiple myelomawere 96. 2%, 96. 1 % and 97. 4% respectively. Conclusion:This method was of simple, rapid, accurate and actoanalysisantigen surplus. The results suggested that kappa, lambdalight chains and its ratio be able to serve as the targets ofthe diagnosis and distinguish diagnosis in patients with multiple myeloma, whereas IgG, IgA and IgM serve as the targets of assistant diagnostic and classification diagnosis ofmultiple myeloma.
