摘要
MoS 2 nanoflower decorated porous Si 3 N 4 ceramics were prepared by a combination of vacuum infiltration and hydrothermal reaction. Excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance was achieved by constructing MoS 2 -Si 3 N 4 heterostructures.
