In this letter, the phase superposition method was applied to transmission metasurface (TMS) to generate millimeter-wave circular Airy orbital angular momentum (OAM) beams, which have desired multiplexing OAM modes. The anisotropic units with polarization grid forming the TMSs, and provide high transmittances and phase shift 360° at 30GHz. The Simulated results indicates nondiffracting propagation distance $31\lambda_{0}$ , the autofocusing property. The proposed method can promote the application of Airy OAM beams in near-field scenarios, such as OAM-Vortex beam multiplexing in wireless communication system.
