Wireless power transmission (WPT) system have a wide range of applications in many fields such as science, military, industry, and medicine. Rectifier antennas and arrays are one of the key technologies of WPT systems. This paper focuses on a Schottky diode-based C-band (5.8 GHz) microstrip rectifier antenna, in which the rectifier circuit can obtain the best RF-DC conversion efficiency of 64% and DC output voltage of 2.75 V at an input power of 20 dBm. Meanwhile, the RF-DC conversion efficiency of more than 33% can be achieved in the input power range of 5 dBm-22 dBm. The receiving antenna has harmonic suppression and is in microstrip form, forming a 4x4 square array to complete the reception of C-band signals. The maximum gain of the antenna array is 18. 16dBic and the normal axis ratio is 1. 62dB. This rectifier antenna has the advantages of low cost, simple structure and easy array, which has the potential to be applied in the field of WPT.
