摘要
In this paper, a service-oriented network architecture based on edge nodes (ENs) is proposed to increase the flexibility and elasticity of the 6G network, as well as to ensure reliability, low latency, and high security of the communication. In this architecture, radio access network (RAN) is service- oriented and is deployed at the EN. A portion of core network functions are sunk to ENs and integrate with some RAN functions to reduce unnecessary signaling and data forwarding. Each EN will deploy multiple stateless network functions, and some ENs will also deploy stateful storage management functions (storageMFs) to accomplish the decoupling of storage resources and the processing flow at the base station. In order to balance the information transfer cost and the maximum traffic load on each storageMF, a storageMF deployment approach based on Pareto optimization is proposed, which can adaptively adjust the number and the deployment location of storageMFs. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can adaptively achieve a trade-off between the information transfer cost and the traffic load on each storageMF according to various personalized network requirements compared with the conventional scheme.
