摘要
Developing passivation strategies to achieve highly efficient and stable red quantum dots holds significant importance for the application of perovskite luminescent materials. Here, we introduce a kind of small molecule passivating ligands during the synthesis of perovskite quantum dots, which exhibit stronger anchoring interactions with the quantum dot surface and passivate surface vacancy defects. Based on this, we have achieved CsPbI3 quantum dots with a Photoluminescence Quantum Yield (PLQY) close to 100% and applied them in light‐ emitting diodes (LEDs), resulting in LEDs with an EQE as high as 19.8%.
