Robot-assisted Surgery for Renal Cell Carcinoma with Caval Thrombosis

Although inferior vena cava thrombectomy (IVCTE) is one of the most difficult urological operations, we developed a series of “standard” robotic strategies for robot-assisted IVCTE based on clinical experience. These strategies are feasible and represent a minimally invasive alternative.
