[Annual review of sleep-disordered breathing in 2022].

In the past year, some important progress has been made in the field of sleep medicine, especially in the diagnosis, classification, evaluation, complications, and individualized treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). This article briefly introduced the latest progress and research results in the field of sleep medicine at home and abroad from 1^st October 2021 to 30^th September 2022, hoping to provide more ideas on the diagnosis and treatment of OSA and future research directions.
