摘要
New phenanthrene and triarylamine-based organic semiconductors with D′–π–D–π–D′ architecture were designed and synthesized for OFETs, the fabricated BGTC devices exhibited μ h and Ion/off up to 3.5 cm 2 V −1 s −1 and 10 8 and the lowest V th up to −3 V, respectively.
