摘要
All‐inorganic CsPbBr 3 thick films (≈10 μm) are prepared via a one‐step spray‐deposition method on TiO 2 ‐covered fluorine doped tin oxide substrates. After carbon is pasted on top as the electrode without a hole‐transport layer in between, power conversion efficiency of 8.80% and 4.35% is achieved for large‐area solar cells (0.5 cm 2 ) and solar modules (9.5 cm 2 ), respectively. Tolerant to the impurity phases and rough surface morphology, the CsPbBr 3 thick films fabricated through such a scalable method may serve as a platform for further construction of colorful photovoltaic cells and X‐ray‐detection devices.
