LbCas12a-nuclease-mediated tiling deletion for large-scale targeted editing of non-coding regions in rice

NTD method is the application of LbCas12a in the engineering of rice endogenous gene. Guided by libraries of crRNAs tiling on NCRs of SD1, 6 mutants with quantitative variations of rice height were generated and analyzed for the association between genotype and phenotype. Totally, NTD is a promising tool for molecular rice breeding.
