Research status and key scientific issues of nanobiology

As an interdisciplinary discipline, nanobiology has become the research frontiers and hotspot of current life science on the nanoscale. Based on the perspective of bibliometrics, this paper analyzes the number of papers published in the field of nanobiology in recent years and their citations. It focuses on the basics of the four main branches of nanobiomedicine, nanobiomaterials, nanobiochemistry and nanobiophysics. The situation and research topics present a visualized knowledge map of nanobiology. Combined with strategic discussions and expert judgments, the key scientific issues in six aspects of nanobiology have been condensed, with a view to providing references for future research ideas of nanobiology.
