Health And Medicine Exosomes, also known as extracellular vesicles, are a promising vehicle for the delivery of bio molecules directly to cells. Choi et al. apply a previously developed, optogenetically engineered exosome system (EXPLOR) to load an inflammatory response inhibitor into exosomes.
