摘要
Abstract A facile stereoselective bis‐trifluoromethylselenolation reaction of alkyne derivatives was realized for the first time. The reaction of alkyne derivatives and AgSeCF 3 was found to proceed in the presence of N‐bromosuccinimide and water in tetrahydrofuran and afforded bis‐trifluoromethylselenolated products in moderate‐to‐excellent yields. The new methodology enables one‐pot synthesis with a broad substrate range.
