摘要
The primary technology for production of ketoprofen was analyzed,the reaction process of monomethylation and Friedel-Crafts acylation was studied and improved emphatically:The reagent (CH3O)2CO with high selectivity was used instead of (CH3O)2SO2 in the monomethylation reaction,and the result of monomethylation was perfect;SOCl2,which was mixed with the acyl chloride compound,was removed by the azeotropic mixture of C6H6 and SOCl2 without formation of the by-product——diphenyl sulfoxide during the Friedel-Crafts reaction.The overall yield of the product manufactured by the improved process was increased by more than 28.2% compared to that of the existing process.
