Study on Water Conservancy Project Biding Contract Management

For contracting construction contract,the vast majority is achieved through public bidding,but the status of contract management is worrying,which is a well known fact.The author,based on many years of practical work experience,analyzes the problems in the biding contract management of current water conservancy project.
