This work reported a Mg-0.9Mn-0.5Ce alloy (wt.%) with high strength-thermal conductivity synergy developed by low-temperature extrusion. The high tensile yield strength (328 MPa) and ultimate tensile strength (381 MPa) was attributed to the combined effect of ultra-fine dynamic recrystallized (DRXed) grains, dense nanoscale precipitates and high-density residual dislocations retained in unDRXed grains. The high thermal conductivity (120.8 W/m•K) was derived from the massive dynamic precipitation of solute atoms from Mg matrix.
