摘要
Active intervention in the stage of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) have beneficial effects on delaying the cognitive decline of older people, thus effectively reducing the incidence of dementia. Motor-cognitive dual task training as a new type of cognitive impairment intervention has gradually drawn attention in recent years. However, the current content of dual task training is relatively single and tedious, so older adults are unlikely to be attracted and adhered to it. Also, the intervention form of dual task is limited to offline gathering activities organized by healthcare institutions, which faces new challenges under the prevention and control measures in the post-pandemic era. This study aims to optimize the content of dual tasks and delay the cognitive decline of older people with MCI through interesting daily exercise. It investigates the characteristics and needs of elderly users with MCI and discovers three types of creative themes for dual task training in home-based scenarios. A product interaction system is proposed and tested to make the training of MCI seniors more convenient, which provides new inspiration for the research on home-based exercise for the elderly.
