Corticosteroid and Lidocaine Injection for Hip Osteoarthritis

Among patients with hip osteoarthritis with at least moderate pain, an ultrasound-guided corticosteroid and lidocaine hip injection provided more pain relief and better physical function than advice and education alone for up to 4 months.
