摘要
Cyanobateria bloom is one of the common water pollution problems in the world.In the indoor simulation,with the same basic conditions including the temperature,light,initial pH value and nutrient salt,the process of the outbreak and extinction of the microcystis aeruginosa bloom is simulated at the four different velocity of 10、20、30、40 cm/s.It has proved that the growth cycle expands as the velocity increases within the range of 10~40 cm/s.The maximum quantity appears at the speed of 40 cm/s,and the minimum,10 cm/s.The maximum specific growth rate appears at the velocity of 30 cm/s,which is proved to be the most suitable living condition for the algae.In the simulating process of the algae bloom,the nitrogen phosphorus concentration decreases while pH,DO and Ec values remain stable.
