Fabrication and Characterization of Porous Titanium Dioxide Microparticles by Electrospray Ionization Technique

Porous titanium dioxide microparticles were prepared by electrospray ionization (ESI) technique and sol-gel method.The particles were examined by SEM,FTIR and XRD.Results indicated that the TiO2 particles had rough surface,were not uniform and mostly showed crystalloid phase of anataase with diameter of 350—600nm.The obvious peak in LAXRD spectra also showed there may be potential porous structures in the TiO2 particles.
