摘要
The nutrition composition of seedless wampee was analyzed. Seedless wampee pulp covered 68.1% of the whole fruit, and seedless wampee pulp consist of 20.1% Brix,1.35% of titrable acidity(by lemon acid), 78.93% of moisture, 1.9% of protein, 0.28% of fat, and it was abundant in 548mg/kg of Vc, 1.35mg/kg of VB1 and 0.72mg/kg of VB2, and it contained 1.58mg/kg of VE, 0.33mg/kg of Vpp, 0.016mg/kg of β-carotene, 0.71% of calcium, 0.35% of potassium, 0.022% of phosphorus, 584mg/100g of total amino acid, 26mg/100g of necessary amino acid, and 1.7% of polysaccharides. It indicated that seedless wampee was a nutritional and healthy fruit and highly worth furthermore research and development.
