摘要
Objective Investigate the mechanism of fetal scarless repair, disclose the dynamics of collagen synthesis and type expression by fetal fibroblasts.Method The profile of collagen synthesis by fibroblasts derived from human fetal skin, normal adult skin, hypertrophic scar were observed and analyzed using 3H-proline incorporated test, and PCⅠ、PC Ⅲradio-immunity determination.Result Fetal fibroblasts has stronger ability of collagen synthesis(P 0.01) and higher synthesis ratio of type Ⅲ collagen(Ⅰ/Ⅲ:67%/32% for fetal ,80%/19% for adult normal skin,75%/24% for hypertrophic scar).Conclusion The scarless repair in fetal wounds is not attributable to a synthetic defect and the propensity of fetal fibroblasts to assemble increased amounts of type Ⅲ most likely to be intrinsic to the fetal scarless healing.
