Study on pharmaconkinetics of demethylbellidifolin in mice

OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics of demethylbellidifolin in mice and obtain pharmacokinetic parameters.METHODS The plasma samples were extracted one time for HPLC analysis.Plasma samples were obtained at different time point after ip single dose of 0.8 g·kg-1,According to 3P97 pharmacokinetic program,the main parameters were calculated.RESULTS The pharmacokinetic parameters were determined after ip of demethylbellidifolin(0.8 g·kg-1) to mice.The main pharmacokinetic parameters of demethylbellidifolin in mice were t1/2α=(19.8±4.8) min and tl/2β =(411.7±52.8) min,AUC=(92.246±10.906) mg·min·L-1.CONCLUSION The method is preferable to be appiled to the pharmacokinetics research of demethylbellidifolin and further applied pharmacological study.
