Review on the Research Progress in Leaf Protein

With the quick development of our feeding industry and food industry,the need of high quality protein becomes greater and greater.So it is urgent to develop a new protein resource.The Leaf Protein have attracted people attention because of its wide origin,easily digested and absorbed,nutrient-rich,non-animal cholesterol etc.This paper summarizes the progress of plant leaf protein to promote the Leaf protein research and development.
