(Cell 184, 5309–5337; October 14, 2021) We have identified errors in Table 1 of the originally published version of this review. During preparation of Table 1, we mistakenly listed the all-cause event rate, rather than the indicated high-grade (3-5) treatment-related adverse event rate, for KEYNOTE-189/NCT02578680 and KEYNOTE-407/NCT02775435. Table 1 and references (PMIDs) related to the final reports of KEYNOTE-189/NCT02578680 and KEYNOTE-407/NCT02775435, which include treatment-related adverse event rates, have now been corrected online.
