摘要
Magnetic hydroxyapatite (HA) / Fe3O4 microspheres with an average size of ∼ 5 μm were facilely prepared by using commercially available low-cost Fe3O4 nanoparticles as the raw material. The crystallinity and structure of synthesized HA/Fe3O4 were studied by X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. In addition, CCK-8 assay and Live/Dead fluorescence staining were carried out to evaluate the biocompatibility and bioactivity of synthesized magnetic HA/Fe3O4 microspheres. These synthesized magnetic HA/Fe3O4 microspheres with good biocompatibility could be promising materials for biomedical applications.
