摘要
Adsorptive detection of aniline vapor is desired for its potential energy-efficient on replacing current methods. Realizing efficient selective aniline/BTEX adsorptive detection in the porous materials is challenging because of the lack of functional sites. By virtue of functionalization, we herein report a hydroxyl functionalized zirconium metal-organic framework (UIO-66(OH)2) for the efficient selective aniline/BTEX detection. UIO-66-(OH) 2 shows a significant aniline/BTEX response difference and selectivity under ambient conditions. Simulative calculation indicates that the hydrogen bond interaction between –OH and the –NH2 group of aniline enhances their selective adsorption.
