摘要
In this paper, the structures based on the triangular dielectric prism producing photonic nanojets are studied by using simplified two-dimensional finite element method implemented in COMSOL Multiphysics. Comparative analysis for several dielectric materials of prism as silica glass (n=1.46), polystyrene (n=1.56), and barium titanate (n=1.8) is presented. It is shown that the barium titanate prism with a base width of 60 μm and a height of 19.04 μm allows obtaining the tightest focal spot with full width of half maximum of 0.4λ.
