摘要
The booming development of big data, the Internet of Things, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and mobile Internet technologies has led people to enter the "new information" era. In such an era, the emergence of knowledge sharing communities provides great convenience for human beings to search, acquire, communicate and share knowledge, and question-and-answer-type knowledge sharing communities are derived from virtual communities. Through the literature research method, this study outlines the development of knowledge sharing from six theories: social exchange theory, social capital theory capital, social influence theory, social cognitive theory and the technology acceptance model. The question-and-answer community knowledge sharing model is constructed by integrating six knowledge sharing models, such as the SECI knowledge transformation model and WSR-KS. Based on the knowledge and social characteristics of the Q&A-based knowledge sharing community, the construction of the Q&A-based community knowledge sharing model contains 3 dimensions and 14 aspects. The community itself builds a standardized system of management, the important qualities that knowledge sharing users need to have, and the clear organization of knowledge content are the important things that promote the long-term development of knowledge sharing in Q&A-based communities. The purpose of model construction is to promote the knowledge sharing and service functions of question-and-answer type knowledge communities.
