摘要
Combined with the full-order terminal sliding mode (FOTSM) control, this paper proposes a flux weakening control method for the high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control system. In the flux weakening domain, the high-performance stability and fast speed response can be obtained. Transition process is smoothed and the steady-state error is reduced. Besides, in the inverter of the field orientation control (FOC) system, the simulation model of the silicon carbide (SiC) power device applying in the high frequency and speed field is introduced instead of the traditional IGBT. Simulations for the flux weakening control system verify the correctness and the performance of the proposed method.
