摘要
The demand on high data rate requirements will be addressed in a future 6G communication systems. In the 6G communication, extremely larger volumes of array antennas (XL MIMO) are used at transmitters (base stations) and receivers (User equipment). The XL-MIMO is an important technology in 6G communication and it produces certain fundamental changes in the nature of electric and magnetic field property. The characteristics of the field can be analyzed in the region of near-field and far-field components. The separation line among two fields can be defined by rayleigh distance and Advanced Rayleigh Distance (ARD). The behavior of the channel estimated in the near-field can be analyzed using NMSE (Normalized Mean Square Error). In this paper, the Rayleigh distance and Advanced Rayleigh distance are calculated for 28GHz, 50GHz and 60GHz frequencies and NMSE is plotted in the near field regions with direct line of sight and non direct line of sight path component parameters from the distance 50 to 500 meters.
