摘要
In order to analyze the change of yarn winding tension in the winding process and the yarn tension after being wound on the surface of the tube, a yarn winding model was established based on the principle of yarn winding forming. The finite element simulation of the yarn winding process is carried out by using Ls-Dyan software. Then the internal stress of the yarn in the winding process is discussed. By varying the linear density and winding speed, it is concluded that the two kinds of tension increase while the linear density and winding speed increase. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the rationality of the model.
