A water-soluble fluorescent pH probe and its application for monitoring lysosomal pH changes in living cells

A water soluble fluorescent pH probe based on a dicyanoisophorone molecular platform has been designed. The probe could be applied for the monitoring of lysosomal pH in living cells and tracking lysosomal pH changes stimulated by chloroquine.
