摘要
This project presents an innovative automotive system featuring contactless electromagnetic clutch and braking systems integrated with a traction control system (TCS). Traditional mechanical clutches and friction-based braking systems suffer from energy losses, wear, and environmental impact. To address these issues, we introduce contactless electromagnetic systems, enhancing efficiency and reducing maintenance. The integrated TCS, leveraging advanced sensors and real-time data analysis, optimizes vehicle stability and grip by maintaining optimal wheel slip ratios. The introduction of contactless systems, coupled with regenerative energy recovery, is projected to improve fuel economy by up to 20%. Additionally, we anticipate a 30% reduction in maintenance costs and a 40% increase in system durability, contributing to safer, more efficient vehicles and a sustainable automotive future.
