Design and implementation of human resource management system based on Saas model

With the development of the Internet and the increase in the amount of information, the process of digitization, informatization, and paperless internal business of enterprises is accelerating. However, small and medium-sized enterprises cannot afford the costs brought about by the later operation and maintenance of the human resource management system, the deployment of software and hardware environments, and system upgrades. This paper explores the development of human resource management system based on SaaS model, and builds a human resource management system of SaaS model by using k8s deployment model and technologies such as JavaLin and COSMOSDB. Greatly reduce the cost of digital office of various small and medium-sized enterprises.
