摘要
The work investigated tribo-corrosion performance of NiCrWMoCuCBFe coating in corrosive environments and deionized water. Its purpose was to analyze the effect of microstructure of corrosion products on corrosive wear performance. The results show that the corrosion resistance of this coating in HCl solution was the worst while its wear performance was better due to the generation of corrosion products. The tribological properties of coating was poor in NaOH solution. The reason was that cracks gradually penetrated into the corrosion products film, leading a lot of corrosion products exfoliated from the worn coating surface under the repeated action of friction.
