Impact on Prognosis of Stage I Non–Small Cell Lung Cancer Secondary to Delays in Diagnostic Workup

Delays in treatment attributed to the time required to obtain follow-up CT scans led to decreased survival, as confirmed with two large databases and previous International Early Lung Cancer Action Program findings.
