摘要
Atherosclerosis is a persistent inflammatory condition of the blood vessels associated with abnormalities in lipid metabolism. Development of biomimetic nanoplatforms provides an effective strategy. Herein, inspired by the peptide CLIKKPF spontaneously coupling to phosphatidylserine (PS) on the inner leaflet of cell membranes specifically, MM@NPs were constructed by macrophage membrane spontaneous encapsulation of cyclodextrin-based nanoparticles modified with the peptide CLIKKPF and loaded with the hydrophobic compound resveratrol.
