摘要
Problem based learning (PBL) is an approach in which “the problem comes first”—knowledge is developed during the process of studying problems or real-life scenarios. It is well established in medical education, and is the main learning method used in three medical schools in the UK—Glasgow, Liverpool, and Manchester—and in other schools around the world. Many other medical schools use it in parts of their curricula (although purists think that the entire curriculum must be problem centred and that PBL should form its core for the method to be effective). 1 Colliver JA Effectiveness of problem-based learning curricula: research and theory.
