摘要
This paper attempts to establish the phase equilibria in Sm/sub 2/O/sub 3/-Y/sub 2/O/sub 3/ and Gd/sub 2/O/sub 3/-Y/sub 2/O/sub 3/ systems in the concentration range 0-100 mole % Y/sub 2/O/sub 3/ and temperature range 1300-2500 degrees C by the joint use of high-temperature methods of investigation along with the method of annealing and quenching. The unit-cell parameters of the B-form of Y/sub 2/O/sub 3/ as well as the C-forms of Sm/sub 2/O/sub 3/ and Gd/sub 2/O/sub 3/ were determined by extrapolation and compared with the literature data.
