Design and Implementation of College Dormitory Management System

With the increase of the number of college students, dormitory management is facing many different situations, the daily life of students, campus security, public security and social security have put forward a severe test. Improving the management of student dormitory is an important part of university student dormitory management, and solving the problem of student dormitory management is a required course for student administrators. The dormitory management system based on Android starts from four aspects: demand analysis, structure design, database design and system implementation, and configures user interface for system administrators and students. This paper discusses the system in detail from the aspects of system description, system analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing. The system is developed by MVC architecture, OkHttp technology, Json data conversion, MySQL database and AndroidX library. Finally, the system is tested with the black box to see if there are problems in the system, so as to continuously improve and achieve the goal of the project. The system should be able to help students and dorm staff quickly solve problems in the dorm and use it correctly.
