摘要
Abstract This document outlines a strategy for the Aero Missile and Defense Conglomerate (AMDC) to support employees with hidden disabilities, following a survey revealing that 40% of employees have such conditions. GK Consulting proposes a performance management support system focused on education, accommodations, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. Key components include Data Collection - surveying prevalence and types of hidden disabilities, and assessing current accommodations; Accommodations - implementing flexible work schedules, customized communication methods, assistive technologies, and mental health support; Leadership - applying transformational leadership to foster an inclusive workplace; Organizational Culture - using Schein’s Organizational Culture Model to align values with disability inclusion; Change Management - employing Kotter’s Eight-Step Change Model for sustainable implementation; and PESTEL Analysis - considering external political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors. The strategy aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment, enhancing AMDC’s culture, driving innovation, and positioning the company as an inclusive employer where all employees can thrive.
