A 1 year old, 18 kg, female goat presented to ****** for evaluation of a congenital mandibular deformation resulting in left lateral deviation of the mandible (Figure 1A). The goat was unable to prehend solid food and had been fed a diet of whole cow's milk by bottle for the entirety of its life. The goat was scheduled to undergo a computed tomography (CT) scan of the skull to evaluate the deformation and undergo surgical creation of a rumenostomy for provision of adequate nutrition.
